Licensing
When a procurement process, investment, or logistics partnership grows beyond established practices, customs authority authorisations offer the right simplifications. We have over 20 years of licensing experience.
Post-Clearance Procedures
A customs procedure has a life of up to three years from the decision or export event. Amendments, corrections, and returns are an explicit strength of Vámkapu Zrt.
Customs Territory Operations
We accept goods for temporary storage under customs supervision, and also offer VAT bonded warehousing and buffer storage for industrial and manufacturing companies.
EORI / VPID Registration
A customs identifier is a prerequisite for customs clearance. This registration only needs to be done once and remains valid indefinitely. We handle it together with the customs mandate.
Chamber Certificates
We issue and obtain chamber-authenticated certificates of origin (CO) for export shipments where preferential trade agreements do not apply, or alongside A.TR documents for Turkish shipments.
Phytosanitary / Animal Health Certificates
We obtain plant and animal health certificates at locations within the jurisdiction of the southern Budapest area and southern Pest County.
Intrastat
We provide data submission services for the preparation of mandatory reports on goods movements within the EU, data table compilation, and the submission of Intrastat declarations.
